Fantastic location, stunning views, modern décor, comfortable bed, helpful staff.

Nothing it was perfect.

The hotel had nice facilities and friendly staff. the room was very spacious and had a full-size fridge and kitchen which was very convenient for my business trip. the large bed and extra pillows were comfortable, and there were full-length mirrors and charging ports near the bed.

The location of the hotel wasn't ideal, as it was a bit far from the tram line, and the frequency wasn't high. I also found that the shower leaked water on the bathroom floor, and the TV wasn't a smart TV, so I couldn't access some of my preferred streaming services.

This hotel is conveniently located near a famous market, making it easy to shop for Australian produce and souvenirs. It is also close to Southern Cross Bus station, and guests can easily access public transport as the train station is right opposite. Furthermore, the rooms are clean and comfortable, with well-equipped kitchenettes for easy self-catering.

The noise from the busy streets outside can be quite loud, disrupting peaceful sleep.

Checking in and out was a breeze, with no hold on our card. the rooms, while not huge, were colorful and had all the amenities we needed. the location was great, especially if you're visiting Etihad stadium and the Victoria market. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located right on the tram line, making it easy to explore the city. the park view from our room was stunning, especially at night. a pleasant experience at Oaks.

What a wonderful place. the smell was lovely, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was so comfy, and we booked a room with a balcony which had a lovely view. Everything was clean, and the location was fab, within walking distance to many attractions. We will definitely stay again.

This hotel was the perfect place for my stay, located right outside a tram stop in the free tram zone with fantastic customer service at the reception desk. The staff here couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome and attended to throughout my stay. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with amenities like a balcony, sitting area, and air conditioning that were perfect for my needs. The dining restaurant was also a great feature, and the leisure facilities like the fitness centre and 24-hour reception made everything feel extremely convenient. I loved the location, it was very close to all the main attractions. The room was spacious and clean. The water pressure was great. I was impressed with the layout of the kitchen. Although the balcony had blocked views, it was still nice to have an outdoor space. Overall I had a great stay at Oaks.
