Great location close to everything, public transport easily accessible. the lobby lounge was a nice touch with complimentary coffee and tea, perfect for taking a break. the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and we appreciated the room's size.

The air conditioning was very noisy and needed filter replacement, which was surprising considering the current climate. the towels provided were also scratchy and thin.

I loved staying at this gem of a hotel located right across the Queen Victorian Building. The modern and clean renovation of the old building was just perfect for me. The location could not be beaten, with easy walk to Darling Harbour and close to Town Hall railway station and George St light rail. Free coffee in the lounge area was a great way to start my morning. I would highly recommend this hotel.
