Spacious rooms, stunning ocean views, great facilities, convenient location, helpful staff.

Almost perfect.

We loved this place! The location was perfect for us as it was right across the road from the beach and there were plenty of shops and cafes nearby. We also appreciated the convenient grocery shopping service and laundry facilities. The room was well-equipped with a kitchenette, washing machine, and balcony. The staff were friendly and always tried to resolve any issues in a timely manner. We also enjoyed the leisure spa and wellness centre which included a sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. The BBQ facilities in the garden area were great for a family dinner.

As adventure travelers, we loved the variety of amenities offered at this resort. The multiple pools, BBQ areas, and well-maintained gardens made us feel like we were on a vacation overseas. Additionally, the spacious apartment layout, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedroom with a quiet split system were perfect for our needs. The staff, especially Lisa, were friendly and incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We also appreciated the convenient location, which allowed us to easily access nearby facilities.

We felt most welcome during our stay and had nothing to complain about.

We had a wonderful time at this resort, just like the other guest who mentioned their fantastic stay. Our renovated apartment was well-equipped and had a stunning partial ocean view. We loved having meals on the balcony, enjoying the view and fresh air. The proximity to the beach, French patisserie, Spar supermarket, and BWS downstairs made us very happy. The kids had a blast in the pools, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. we highly recommend this great family getaway at Oaks.

We appreciated the free welcome drink and the chocolates on the pillows. The location was great, very close to the beach and some nice restaurants. We also enjoyed the balcony where we spent some romantic evenings admiring the view.

We were not informed about the construction going on, which caused a lot of noise and ruined the peace we were looking for. , our room was not very clean upon arrival and we had to ask twice for it to be fixed.

We had an amazing time at this resort, with its great location near the Surf Club and the beach. The views from our room were breathtaking, and we enjoyed taking walks along the beautiful beach. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff provided excellent service. We also appreciated the convenience of having cafes and a convenience store right underneath the apartments.

We did notice that the room wasn't particularly clean upon arrival.
