The view was stunning, making up for the outdated rooms and lack of A/C. Tiny bathrooms and uncomfortable dining chairs were notable downsides. Staff were friendly, and the restaurant served quality food. the property needs a significant makeover and had a 'ghetto vibe'. A carpark undergoing maintenance added inconvenience to the stay.

The staff was AMAZING, made us feel at home. the pool area is way nicer in photos. Would pick a different place next time.

Great for exploring the east coast, with easy access to the Bay of Fires and other attractions.

The location was convenient for exploring the North East and South East regions, within 30-60 minutes drive. The staff, especially Simone and Jude, were professional, polite, and helpful. The room had all the necessary basics and the ground level access was convenient for families with young children. On-site amenities included a pool, tennis court, playground, and restaurant/bar. Wayne and Barb at reception were friendly and helpful.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure our children had a memorable experience. the on-site restaurant was a hit with various options to please everyone's taste buds.

My wife says that an indoor play area for kids would be a great addition.

Spent a great Xmas week at a beachfront hotel room with stunning views of the coast. the room was comfortable, and the beds were super comfy. Loved the closeness to the beach, pool, and great facilities like bottle shop and restaurant. the restaurant had amazing food, albeit a bit pricey, but worth it. the beer was excellent, super cold, and perfect for the hot weather. Good WiFi and smart tv made our stay much better.

The bathrooms in the family room were not up to the standard, shabby, and needed a thorough update. Broken sliding and screen door led to an outdoor area with rubbish from previous occupants.

We just had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location on the stunning East Coast of Tasmania is absolutely breathtaking. We were blown away by the magnificent views of the river and surf beach from our room. It was such a treat to wake up to such beauty every day. The hotel is conveniently located in a small beachside town, with a great restaurant, local café, and take away options right here. We also enjoyed the great walks on the beach and riverside, immersing ourselves in the natural and relaxing surroundings. The staff here really know what they are doing and made us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location couldn't be better, right across from the beach and away from the noise of the pub. The view was breathtaking and the garden furniture provided a great spot to relax and take it all in. The staff were incredibly friendly and their service was outstanding. The room amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and flat-screen TV were top-notch. The restaurant and bar area had plenty of great options, including special diet menus.
