We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary upgrade to a spacious two-bedroom apartment with a stunning view. The staff were extremely friendly and explained everything in a helpful manner. The location was great, with plenty of things to do nearby such as the Crown Casino and various dining options. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was clean, with good kitchen facilities. We also enjoyed the convenience of accessible parking.

Felt like part of the family, no reason to complain.

I recently stayed in a comfortable apartment in a great location. It was close to everything, from delicious eateries to the South Bank and Convention Centre, even just a short walk across the Yarra river. The shower was strong and hot, and the bed was clean and comfy. The lounge/kitchen area contained a well-functioning TV and the amenities were quickly replaced upon request. I appreciated the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities.

The lack of air conditioning and proper ventilation in the separate bedroom, which made sleeping uncomfortable on warmer nights.

Close to CBD, clean room, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, great city view.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for me, as it was close to the train station and right on southbank, overlooking the beautiful view of the city. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, with excellent service from the room service and housekeeping teams. The room was spacious and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The leisure facilities were fantastic too, with a fitness centre and spa centre available for guests to use.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay that offers great value for the money.

Great location for exploring Southbank and accessing the Melbourne Cricket Ground. The room was clean and comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. Despite some noise outside, I slept well. The staff were friendly and helped me with my luggage. I would recommend this hotel.

Great central location, within walking distance of popular attractions and restaurants. Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with fully functional kitchen. Friendly staff and good communication. Free upgrade and early check-in offered. Nice views of the local skyline.

Had a great stay for New Year's. Loved the two complimentary drinks at the lobby bar. The location was superb, with plenty of restaurants and entertainment around. , enjoyed the early check-in option.

Elevator wait times were quite long, would have been great to have more working lifts to make it more efficient. The bathroom was a bit cramped and the second bedroom was quite narrow.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was great for us, as it was walking distance to South Bank and just a short walk across the bridge to the center of the city. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we could ask for. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the spa center and the 24-hour reception. We also appreciated the option of having in-room breakfast, which was very convenient. this place met all our requirements and we would definitely recommend it to our family and friends.
