Secondly, the location was perfect as it was in the center of Kinosaki's onsens, allowing easy access to all seven public baths. Lastly, the staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a memorable experience.

All in all, I had a fantastic stay and couldn't fault anything.

As backpackers, we loved the abundant and exceptional food - a true feast every night and morning. The room was cosy and comfortable, and the ryokan was conveniently close to most of the onsens. The staff was punctual, helpful, and sweet, taking great care of us. The full-board package was worth every penny, with fabulous dinners and delicious breakfasts. Had a great Easter break at a traditional Japanese-style hotel. the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the surrounding area was beautiful. the best part was the food - it was beyond delicious! the hot springs were very relaxing and made for an authentic Japanese experience.

The room was a bit too small for our liking, and it was difficult to navigate around with our luggage. the hotel's location wasn't ideal as it was quite far from the main attractions and required a lot of walking.
