Great Location and Spacious Rooms

The hotel offers a great location for exploring Toowoomba, with easy access to theatres, shopping, dining venues, and local attractions. the spacious executive rooms come equipped with convenient amenities like a sink, microwave, toaster, and crockery. While some beds might be too firm for personal preference and parking may require better organization, the overall stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

the room was super clean, and the hotel is smack dab in the town centre - so everything's within easy reach. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodated every need with a smile. the bed was like a cloud, and the room service food was an absolute delight.

The rooms at Oaks Toowoomba Hotel felt super comfy and spacious, making me never want to leave. Their furnishing game is on point, especially the balconies and work areas. As a traveller who values comfort and space, this place ticked all my boxes.

The noise from the nearby pub on Saturday nights might bother some guests.

The kids had a blast at the on-site playground, while my wife and I enjoyed the live music by the pool. the family-friendly atmosphere made it a perfect getaway for all of us.

For dads, it would be great to have more kid-friendly menu options.

Our stay at Oaks Toowoomba was a mixed bag. the friendly reception helped us during a wedding, and the room was spacious. the concierge's attitude and cleanliness issues were disappointing. Great for Empire Theatre events.

The rooms are spacious and clean, with plenty of tea and coffee provided. Foxtel is available in the room free of charge. The hotel is located in the center of the city, with good cafes, restaurants, and bars nearby. Breakfast in the café is excellent, with a choice of anything on the menu, and great coffee. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The complimentary breakfast and friendly staff were both great! the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city. the room had a beautiful view that we enjoyed.

The loud live music from the pub underneath made it hard to fall asleep. It went on until well after midnight and was very disruptive.

We had a wonderful stay here! The location couldn't be better - we were close to everything we needed including some great bars and restaurants within walking distance. The service was exceptional, with room service, housekeeping, and welcome drink making us feel well taken care of. The room was clean and comfortable, with amenities like ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. We enjoyed relaxing on the terrace and appreciated the dining table in our room. The staff were fantastic and allowed us a special request which made our stay even better.

The hotel is situated in a prime location, close to the town center and surrounded by a variety of restaurants and shops. Guests can conveniently access food shops and even enjoy the Art Gallery located just across the street. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, offering a generous bathroom and great shower. The front of house staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The hotel lacks flexibility and compassion during unexpected situations, as guests are denied refunds even in the case of a family emergency.

Very comfortable bed and pillows, excellent kitchenette facilities, spacious hallways for reduced contact and noise, easy check-in/out, fantastic location in the heart of the CBD but still quiet.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the town center. It made exploring the area so convenient and accessible. The hotel itself was modern and clean, and our studio room was surprisingly spacious. The staff were also incredibly accommodating and friendly.

There was one drawback to our stay. The balcony of our room was located right under a rail where birds would do their business.
