The best aspects of my recent city trip were the friendly staff and the excellent breakfast. the staff always had a smile on their face and were quick to assist us with any requests we had. We really appreciated the delicious breakfast that was provided every morning. the hotel also had a convenient location near the public transportation that made getting around the city a breeze.

The worst aspects of our stay were the uncomfortable beds and the noise level. Unfortunately, the beds were quite hard and made it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep.

We had an amazing stay at this place! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They even spoke English, which was a pleasant surprise. The location of this hotel was great, as it was close to the popular Wenhua Night Market. Additionally, the room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities provided. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it difficult to get out of in the mornings. The breakfast selection was delicious, and we loved the 24/7 availability of snacks and drinks in the lobby.

We would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The room has blackout curtains for a good night's sleep. Power adapters and USB ports are conveniently located by the bed. Staff are friendly and efficient. Breakfast is excellent. We were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality of the front desk staff, who offered to speak English when they noticed our limited Chinese skills. The check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient. Additionally, the hotel's location near Chiayi Rear Station made it convenient for our travels to Alishan and other attractions like the Wenhua Night Market and Hinoki Village. Despite limited dining options nearby, we were able to find satisfactory meals in the area.
