We had a fantastic stay at the hotel right on the front in the lovely town of Cottesloe. the spacious room had great extra facilities, providing us with a comfortable and enjoyable experience. the location was perfect, with an amazing beach just across the street. We loved the dining room table and semi kitchen in the room, as well as the convenience of having a restaurant, laundromat, and grocery within walking distance. the staff were also friendly and made us feel very welcome. It was a great value for money and we would highly recommend it.

The friendly staff are always available and there is a secure car park. Plus, there's a restaurant next door with a delicious $10 breakfast.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be better - right on the waterfront with stunning views of the beach. Being able to walk across the road and have direct access to the beach was such a convenience. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near some fantastic restaurants, making it easy to find a great place to eat.

The Ocean Beach Hotel in Perth has a great location directly across from the beach. The room was huge with separate table and TV area. The staff were helpful and pleasant, and on-site parking was convenient. Having a restaurant and bar next door, as well as other dining options nearby, was a bonus.

The hotel is conveniently located directly across the road from South Cott beach, making it the perfect spot for a beach getaway. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. In the morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a view of the North Cottesloe coast. the hotel offers great amenities and a fantastic location for a short stay.

The noise from the live band in the pub next door can be disruptive, especially for light sleepers.

We were initially worried about the crowded tables, but the service was efficient and the stunning water views made up for it. We enjoyed the gluten-free options and the affordable prices. Although some dishes were not served hot, they were still tasty. we would recommend a visit.

Had the pleasure of having breakfast twice at a hotel, which offers a $10-cooked breakfast, a great deal compared to other Western Suburb areas. Exceptional service topped with an amazing view that can make you forget the minor inconvenience of looking for parking during peak hours.

Although spacious and clean, the hotel needed a bit of updating. It seems the walls were not soundproof enough.
