The staff at this hotel were amazing - so welcoming and helpful! the apartment was absolutely stunning, with luxurious linens and L'Occitane toiletries that made me feel pampered. the central location was perfect for exploring the city, just a stone's throw away from shops and restaurants. It was so thoughtful to have soft drinks, tea, and biscuits waiting in the apartment, and the nearby bar and grill served up a delicious brunch.

One thing to consider is that the noise from the bustling Leeds Train Station area can be a bit loud at times, so if you're a light sleeper, it might be worth bringing some earplugs. while the apartment was well-equipped, a bit more ventilation in the bedrooms would have been appreciated to control the temperature better.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, being right opposite the train station in the heart of Leeds. The rooms were clean, spacious, and modern, offering a luxury break away. The staff were attentive and prompt in handling any issues that arose. The apartment had all the necessary facilities and provided a comfortable stay.

INCREDIBLE stay at super central place with 24-hour reception, cozy rooms, well-stocked kitchen, and comfy beds.

Comfy beds and nice touches with the loaf of bread, milk, butter, and jams. the staff was very helpful and polite, and the rooms were warm, cozy, and soundproofed.

The air conditioning was very noisy and the curtains didn't completely shut out the lights from the street. There were no plugs near the mirrors in one of the bedrooms for using a hairdryer.

The staff, from reception to maintenance/housekeeping, were all friendly and attentive. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

I recently stayed at a fantastic venue for a short stay in Leeds. The location was perfect, with all the key attractions within walking distance. The accommodation was lovely, warm, and comfortable, and the bed was super comfy. The staff were pleasant and helpful, always with a "can do" attitude. I really appreciated the complimentary parking, which is usually expensive in the city center. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Leeds.

The location of this hotel was brilliant, right in the heart of the city. It was only a one-minute walk from the train station and the trinity shopping centre. The staff were friendly and provided a perfect welcome upon arrival. The twin room apartment had a wow factor and exceeded my expectations. The hotel facilities were immaculately presented, and the cleanliness was flawless.

The apartment was huge and had a great location in the city center. It was walking distance to the train station, shops, and the theater. the sitting area was comfortable and the bedroom and bathroom were both spacious.

there was initially seating for three instead of four in the apartment, although the staff were able to move us to a larger apartment immediately.
