The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the quality of the bed linen was top-notch. I also enjoyed exploring the various lounge areas with their inviting open fireplaces. The warm and friendly staff member who greeted me provided excellent recommendations for dining and sightseeing, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. the bathroom was clean and had a nice ambiance. the location was convenient, close to shops and restaurants.

The lack of bathroom amenities was very disappointing, especially for the price. It was also disappointing not to have any breakfast options, as we were hoping for a relaxing Easter morning in bed.

The service was exceptional with a cozy fire and reading room. The rooms had unique designs and heated towel racks. The 2-course breakfast was restaurant quality cooked by a serious chef. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere memorable. We can't wait to go back!
