The room at Hyatt Place Jacksonville St Johns was so cozy and inviting, with a comfy seating area and a flat-screen TV for winding down. As a vegan, the tea/coffee maker was a thoughtful touch for a quick caffeine fix.

I personally found the satellite channels a bit limited, but others might not mind.

Located in the heart of a bustling town center, this hotel is the perfect spot to explore the variety of restaurants and shops. During our stay, we enjoyed the complementary healthy breakfast and the service was top-notch. Our room was modern with an excellent bathroom and lovely view of the city. We were delighted to take advantage of the various amenities offered on-site.

The elevator was a little slow, but it wasn't a major issue.

I gotta say, I got a great deal for my money at Hyatt Place. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location couldn't have been better, right across from St. Johns Town Center. The staff treated me with great respect and made sure I had everything I needed.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, maybe adding more options to choose from.

Next to all the shopping malls, with all the amenities one would want, and beautiful views of a lake or the pool. The hotel is in an ideal location with plenty of dining options around it and all the shopping malls next to it, making it convenient for travelers.

The hotel had a convenient location and the rooms were spacious and well-designed. the breakfast had a good variety of choices and the ambiance was enjoyable.

The internet connection was painfully slow and the breakfast food was average at best. Also, there was an unpleasant smell throughout the hotel and there were a lot of bugs in the lobby.

We loved the location of this hotel! It is within walking distance of several restaurants, shops, and even a beautiful lake. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we especially enjoyed the huge deck overlooking the lake. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sunset with our family. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were exceptional. From the friendly and helpful front desk staff to the engaging bartender and the courteous floor cleaner, everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

I had a fantastic stay! The hotel was incredibly clean and my room was spotless. The staff, especially the housekeeping team, were very nice. The location was excellent, right across the street from St. John's Town Center. I loved being able to walk to plenty of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options. The patio area with the gorgeous lake view was a bonus.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect - surrounded by restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was tasty, and the staff at the breakfast and bar were friendly. The room had a beautiful view of the lake, and the hotel was impressively quiet. The pool area was also fantastic.
