the location by the Derwent River was serene, the breakfast provisions were generous, and the hosts were welcoming. the only slight drawback was sound traveling between cottages, but overall, a perfect eco-friendly retreat. Highly recommended! .

This place has an absolutely amazing location, right on the riverfront with stunning views of the mountains. I loved sitting on the terrace and watching the rowers go by on the river. The service here was top-notch, with the hosts being extremely friendly and helpful. They gave great suggestions on places to visit and made us feel very welcome.

The location was perfect, situated out of town but still within an easy drive to the city. the beautiful views of the river made our mornings extra special. the breakfast that was included was amazing, with a great assortment of fresh food that lasted our entire stay.

No one came to change our towels or give us any instructions about the property. the wifi connection was very poor, which made it difficult to use in the evenings.
