The location of the hotel was great as it was right on the beach and close to the shops. We could easily walk to Burleigh Heads shops and James St. The secure parking under the building was also convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the view from the balcony was fantastic. The facilities such as the hot tubs, sauna, and pools were enjoyable.

There were some broken things in the room such as the toilet flush button, which was a bit inconvenient.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, right across the road from the beautiful beach. We loved being able to easily access the beach and enjoy the stunning views. The hotel offers excellent service, with friendly and helpful staff always ready to assist us. The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities provided. We especially enjoyed the comfortable bed and the balcony where we could relax and take in the scenery. The hotel also had a lovely garden area and a swimming pool where we could unwind and enjoy the sunshine. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay.

We booked at Pacific Regis at the last moment after being let down by another accommodation. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They showed us different apartments and we were able to find one with a great view. The location is perfect, near the center of Burleigh and across the road from the beach. The apartments are clean, comfortable, and have everything we needed. The heated pool was a bonus, especially for our daughter. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Burleigh.

The location was perfect for my business trip, just a short walk to several shops and restaurants. The room had excellent appliances and amenities, including free Wi-Fi and cable TV. , the staff was incredibly friendly and efficient.

The room was outdated and in need of some repairs. There were holes in the walls and damage to the apartment that did not reflect the pictures on the website.
