We chose Pacific Towers Beach Resort for our wedding night and it was perfect. Heather, the manager, went above and beyond to make our stay special. She took our belongings up to the room and even chilled our champagne with glasses and extra ice. Heather also upgraded us to a recently renovated room with an amazing view. The penthouse was spacious and had great facilities. Helen at the front desk was very helpful. The apartments had big balconies and stunning views.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The spacious property had great facilities including a pool, spa, and tennis court. It was conveniently located near cafes, pubs, and bowling club, with easy access to shopping centers and tourist attractions like the Coffs Harbour Marina and the Big Banana. There were also beautiful areas to explore nearby like Belligen, Dorrigo, and Sherwood Nature Reserve.

Felt warm, but nothing to complain about.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and close proximity to restaurants and cafes. the parking facilities were also convenient. the swimming pool was clean and the heated pool was a bonus. the on-site management was extremely helpful and accommodating.

The balcony railings were not suitable for children, although they could be locked. the kitchen was lacking in cooking utensils and the frypans were of poor quality.

Spacious 3brm Apartment with modern decor, equipped kitchen, and secure parking. Close to the beach, shopping, food, and entertainment. Friendly and accommodating hosts. Large floor space and clean premises.

We loved the magnificent views and beautifully appointed room with new appliances. The location was excellent, directly opposite the beach with easy access to cafes and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick. Parking was secure and the wifi was fast.

Great location, close to everything. Spacious room for three people. Plenty of cooking facilities. Two bathrooms. Lovely balcony with beach view. Great amenities including pool, spa, and tennis court. Close to cafes and pubs. Short drive to shopping and attractions.

I stayed at this amazing beach resort and got incredible value for my money. The room was spacious, homely, and had a breathtaking view of the ocean and mountains. The location was perfect, close to local hotspots but still peaceful.

The morning meal could have been better with more options.

We had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel! The location was great, with stunning views from the 9th floor and above. The unit itself was nice and roomy, with a spacious three-bedroom apartment that had large glass windows and front and rear balconies. The furniture was of good quality and the kitchen was well-stocked. We also appreciated the helpful and friendly staff, who provided excellent customer service. we had a wonderful experience at this hotel and highly recommend it to families.

On the downside, the cleaning of the hot plate after use was a bit challenging without a decent scrubbing brush. However, this minor difficulty did not detract from our overall satisfaction with our stay.

The service provided by the staff was impeccable, they were gracious and helpful throughout my stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi in the rooms. The balcony and sitting area provided a nice space to relax and enjoy the gorgeous views. this place exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and quality services.
