We had a wonderful and accommodating experience at the hotel. Despite arriving late, we were warmly welcomed and served a delicious dinner. Our room, a Family Suite, was spacious and comfortable, with a powerful hot shower. The staff went above and beyond by providing us with cash for our taxi. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a great time staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the city center and within walking distance to the main market. The room was spacious and well laid out, with a comfortable bed and a functional work area. The staff were exceptionally friendly and despite a slight language barrier, we were able to communicate effectively. The breakfast was delicious and had a good amount of food to keep me full. I had a wonderful experience during my stay.

I did notice that the bathroom could use some maintenance. There was black mold in the bathroom, which was a bit disappointing.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it easy to get to and from. it is right in the centre of the city, making it a great base for exploring. The rooms are tidy and have all the necessary amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The restaurant offers excellent food at reasonable prices, and the selection of wines is impressive.

The noise from the nearby nightclub can be a disturbance, especially if your room is located near the stairs.

We had a fantastic experience at Restaurant La Ribaudiere. the food was top quality and the restaurant itself was amazing. the bill for our room changed a few times and they wanted to negotiate rates to include meals, which became very challenging to work through. the staff were not fluent in English, which made communication difficult.
