During my stay at Palais Royale, I was delighted with the attention to detail and the friendly service provided by the staff. They were incredibly helpful, offering great tips and advice on local attractions and hiking trails in the beautiful Blue Mountains. The room itself was spacious, well-appointed, and exceptionally clean. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, and I especially appreciated the air conditioning being turned on prior to my arrival, creating a refreshing and cool atmosphere. The hotel's central location allowed for easy access to the main town area and a wide selection of fantastic dining options. Additionally, the live music in the bar area added a pleasant touch to my evenings. Although there were no swimming pool or gym facilities onsite, the abundance of freshwater pools in the surrounding area provided ample opportunities for recreation. I had an amazing and memorable stay at Palais Royale and I highly recommend it as a top-notch accommodation option.

While my stay was fantastic, I did miss having certain amenities such as body lotion and a sanitary bag. However, despite these minor drawbacks, I still found the experience at Palais Royale to be exceptional.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was just great for us, as we had booked a show nearby. It was perfect being within walking distance to great cafes and restaurants. The staff were quick to respond and happy to provide a bed-topper for our second night, which made our stay even more comfortable. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The staff were friendly, efficient, and very helpful throughout our stay. The hotel itself was beautifully preserved, with an elegant and smart period facade that added to its charm.

We booked the Deluxe Family Room for our son's golf tournament. The chef opened the kitchen early and gave my son extra bacon and egg rolls for his early tee off. The brekky for the rest of us was delicious and huge. Michelle at reception was the friendliest and most welcoming person I've ever encountered at a hotel. The property is centrally located, with historic features maintained. The room was spacious, with minimal road noise. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and warm.

The room itself was beautifully furnished and restored, and even though it was a bit on the smaller side, it was still quite comfortable. The ensuite bathroom was spacious and had a lovely bath, so I could relax and unwind. Plus, the room amenities, including the ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning. my stay here was absolutely delightful!
