The apartment was big, had a balcy and was close to amenities. Had great toiletries, and the place was quiet. Toby, the front of the house, was super helpful, always with a smile. Great place with friendly staff and good facilities 👍.

Close to Hotel Triplets party zone and Family fun park, it was LIT! the rooms were chill, with dope beds and cool storage for all our stuff. Staff were friendly and the vibe was awesome!

Only thing missing? A killer rooftop party space with sick beats for us young party animals to vibe on all night long!

Great Location and Comfortable Stay I enjoyed the convenient location of the property, with easy access to motorways and trams, making it simple to visit family. the facilities were comfortable and clean, and the staff were accommodating and flexible with payment arrangements. Improvement could be made in terms of communication between the front desk and guests, as some groups were assigned rooms in different buildings without prior notice.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially the lady manager who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room itself was modern and stylish, with all the amenities we needed for our long stay. We appreciated the on-site parking and the privacy of the room, as well as the convenient location near a tram stop.

The only minor inconvenience was the lack of an on-site restaurant, but there were plenty of food options just across the road. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

had a lovely romantic weekend in melbourne and stayed at a great hotel. every room was spotlessly clean with a balcony and two TVs. the staff were wonderful and very helpful, making us feel comfortable. loved having a balcony off the rooms. exceeded our expectations.

Wifi kept dropping out.

As a tourist, I loved the upgraded room with beautiful and clean amenities. The availability of Foxtel and secure underground parking were added bonuses.

Felt relaxed, no reason to complain.
