The staff at the hotel were like superheroes, always ready to save the day with their friendly smiles and helpful hands. They made sure my stay was as smooth as a hot knife through butter, leaving me feeling like a VIP guest at a fancy gala event.

Some kitchen essentials missing.

The apartment was big, had a balcy and was close to amenities. Had great toiletries, and the place was quiet. Toby, the front of the house, was super helpful, always with a smile. Great place with friendly staff and good facilities 👍.

Close to Hotel Triplets party zone and Family fun park, it was LIT! the rooms were chill, with dope beds and cool storage for all our stuff. Staff were friendly and the vibe was awesome!

Only thing missing? A killer rooftop party space with sick beats for us young party animals to vibe on all night long!

Great Location and Comfortable Stay I enjoyed the convenient location of the property, with easy access to motorways and trams, making it simple to visit family. the facilities were comfortable and clean, and the staff were accommodating and flexible with payment arrangements. Improvement could be made in terms of communication between the front desk and guests, as some groups were assigned rooms in different buildings without prior notice.

Great value for money, with clean and modern rooms, and all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect for me, being close to the office I was visiting, with plenty of food options within walking distance. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay.

had a lovely romantic weekend in melbourne and stayed at a great hotel. every room was spotlessly clean with a balcony and two TVs. the staff were wonderful and very helpful, making us feel comfortable. loved having a balcony off the rooms. exceeded our expectations.

Wifi kept dropping out.

As a tourist, I loved the upgraded room with beautiful and clean amenities. The availability of Foxtel and secure underground parking were added bonuses.

Felt relaxed, no reason to complain.
