This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is impressive, with new furniture all around and a room that features an amazing roll top bath. The location is unbeatable, right next to a stunning beach and beautiful gardens by the river. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, making you feel truly welcome. The basic amenities are all there, including rooms with TVs and very comfy beds. Plus, breakfast is included, ensuring a great start to your day.

All in this hotel was just perfect.

We had a fantastic stay at Lunan House for our first visit. The staff were very helpful and friendly, creating a happy atmosphere. The menu was limited, but the young man in the bar arranged a delicious and affordable meal for me. The facilities were clean and great, with fantastic walks just minutes away. The en suite shower room was a real bonus. The restaurant was convenient and the hotel was dog-friendly. Excellent value for money and a perfect beach location.

Would recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is amazing, being very close to the stunning beach. We loved the beautiful surroundings and the beach was just a short walk away from the hotel. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. The room was well cleaned and had all the necessary facilities like tea and coffee making.

The hotel is ideally located within walking distance of a superb sandy beach. Guests can easily access one of the best beaches on the East Coast, providing a fantastic opportunity to be in direct touch with nature. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with particularly well-maintained toilets and showers. The staff are friendly, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The breakfast offers a good selection and is served promptly. Additionally, the hotel provides towels for the beach, adding convenience for guests.

The café opens at 11am, which may be inconvenient for guests who want an early breakfast.

This hotel is a hidden gem! the value for money is fantastic - you get so much for what you pay. The attention to detail in the rooms is impressive, with basic amenities like a mirror in the main room and a bedside table. The location is perfect, just a stone's throw away from a beautiful beach. And the staff made our stay truly memorable, with their friendly service and helpfulness. Plus, the breakfast included in the price was a great start to our day!
