Nothing everything was great.

Beautiful view from the room, especially at night when the city lights up. The bed was comfortable and the in-house coffee was great. I would recommend this hotel for its stunning views and cozy accommodations.

View: Somewhat disappointed, bed good, pillows terrible. Slow breakfast, cold plates, hair in egg. Room service poor, hot beers, cold chips, dry sandwich. Reservation issue resolved with two superb rooms. Polite and helpful staff, excellent location near restaurants and shops. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Pricey but enjoyed stay. Good for Light and Sound festival.

Beautifully styled room and amazing views.

We were looking forward to a delicious dinner in the dining room, but unfortunately, the atmosphere was lacking with virtually no other guests and conflicting music playing. We will return to the hotel, but we'll be skipping the dining room next time.

We had a fantastic stay with excellent service from the friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and assisted us whenever we needed help. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to the Opera House and the central business district. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities were top-notch.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel with fantastic views of the harbour and Opera House. The location couldn't have been better, with plenty of great restaurants, shops, and bars in the charming Rocks area. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were impressive. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel like a valued guest. it was a memorable experience.

As a satisfied hotel guest at Park Hyatt, I had a wonderful stay for my weekend getaway. The location of the hotel, at the foot of the Harbour Bridge with views of Circular Quay and the Opera House, was absolutely stunning. The room itself was beautifully appointed, with top-quality amenities including a heated toilet seat. my experience was exactly what I expected from a hotel of this caliber.

My husband surprised me with a birthday trip to a luxurious hotel in Sydney and it was absolutely amazing. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. They even gave us a complimentary upgrade to a room with a stunning view of the harbor. The attention to detail and impeccable service truly made our anniversary unforgettable. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends and family. a fantastic experience.

Felt like in a fairy, nothing too much trouble.

The view from the room was absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise. the concierge team was exceptional and provided top-notch service throughout our stay. the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the city's ferries and beautiful views of the harbor.

The room below the deluxe category was not up to standard and had disappointing views of a cruise ship, people walking by, or a construction site. the breakfast at the restaurant was lackluster compared to the amazing breakfast places in the city.

The room was luxurious, comfortable and impeccably clean. The hotel's location was perfect, with stunning views and everything within walking distance. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel valued and were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Food for breakfast could have been better, with dishes being served hotter to ensure an enjoyable dining experience.
