Beautiful view from the room, especially at night when the city lights up. The bed was comfortable and the in-house coffee was great. I would recommend this hotel for its stunning views and cozy accommodations.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Park Hyatt. We arrived after our wedding reception with our 16-month-old daughter and were delighted to find a beautifully set up room, complete with a cuddly Koala for our daughter. The view was stunning and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We all slept well, and the breakfast the next morning was absolutely delicious. Thank you so much for making our special day even more memorable. We would love to come back in the future.

View: Somewhat disappointed, bed good, pillows terrible. Slow breakfast, cold plates, hair in egg. Room service poor, hot beers, cold chips, dry sandwich. Reservation issue resolved with two superb rooms. Polite and helpful staff, excellent location near restaurants and shops. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Pricey but enjoyed stay. Good for Light and Sound festival.

Beautifully styled room and amazing views.

We were looking forward to a delicious dinner in the dining room, but unfortunately, the atmosphere was lacking with virtually no other guests and conflicting music playing. We will return to the hotel, but we'll be skipping the dining room next time.

The standard room, considering the high price, lacked any sort of view and was slightly in need of some maintenance. the bathroom lighting was inadequate, and the blow dryer provided was subpar.
