The motel and location were great. As locals from Innisfail, it was our first time staying at Park Regis City Quays. the reception staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed being in walking distance of the waterfront promenade and the center of town. Supporting local businesses and trying different motels is something we always strive for. the modern decor and cleanliness of the rooms impressed us, and it was convenient to be within walking distance of the event we attended.

I was pleasantly surprised by the great central location of the apartments at Park Regis City Quays. Everything was within walking distance, making it convenient to explore the area. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff at reception were also friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome. Although there were a few minor inconveniences, overall I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic on the edge of the CBD and close to many attractions. The hotel is also very close to the Convention centre which was great for us. We loved the fact that the hotel was in a nice quiet part of town but still within easy walking distance to everything. The room was well equipped and had all the amenities we needed, including free Wi-Fi and a washing machine. The outdoor saltwater pool was really nice, as was the sun terrace. The staff were professional and welcoming, and we appreciated the paid airport shuttle service.

We can recommend this hotel to everyone without hesitation.

I had a great stay at a hotel in Cairns. The location was fantastic, with a bus stop right opposite Cairns Central, making it convenient to explore the city. We were also within walking distance of the casino, which made for a fun night out. The hotel was in the center of everything, and I found it to be great value for money. The room was comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and clean towels. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. it was a pleasant experience.

That the bed was a bit too squishy for my liking.

Over the Easter weekend, we had a decent stay. the breakfast and car park were included in the price we paid, which was a nice surprise. the hotel was located within walking distance to some great restaurants and shops. We also appreciated having access to a rooftop pool, it was a perfect spot to relax and cool off after a busy day.

The room was not entirely what we expected. the bed was smaller than advertised, and we had trouble getting an additional bed added to the room.
