This place suits me perfectly with its free parking, 24-hour reception, and comfy flat-screen TVs. On my first stay, the staff helped me with late check-out, which I appreciated. I highly recommend staying here, and I'll be back for Christmas!

The shuttle service to Venice was fantastic, taking just 8 minutes and allowing flexible pick-up times.

Breakfast could use a little more variety, as there weren't many options to choose from.

The breakfast was mediocre, the eggs tasted funny and the coffee was horrible. I also woudl have liked a kettle in the room, but of course, that was too much to expect. Oh, and despite paying for my stay in advance, a staff member seemed to think I needed to pay again. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Had a couple of great moments! The staff went above and beyond, they had a map ready for us when we asked about local attractions and even marked out spots for great food! And the shuttle to the cruise port was seamless, just €5 each, no hassle at all.

the noise from the highway was a bit annoying. but the rooms were spacious and clean! and the tram station is really close, like 5 min walk. so, it was easy to get to Venice without a car!

The family room was huge and perfect for our big group, even with a young baby in tow. We easily zipped into Venice with the tram just a hop away. Plus, we had a great evening exploring the nearby local restaurants.

My children wished for better breakfast options.

It was just a great match for a flash visit in Mestre with good value for price. Vanessa at the front desk was super helpful and knowledgeable, making our stay much easier. Definitely check out the tram options for a quick ride into Venice.

during my stay, I appreciated the quiet and safe neighborhood, which was just a few steps from the tram station, making it super easy for quick trips into Venice, and I also loved the nearby Parco Albanese, just a little over a kilometer away, offering a lovely green space for a relaxing stroll after a day of sightseeing.

The staff were amazing, providing excellent transport details and even gluten-free breakfast goodies! Our mini bus back to the airport was arranged flawlessly. Overall, great value for money, cheaper than Venice, and just a quick tram ride away.

The wifi wasn’t free, though I suspect it’s because it would have otherwise distracted from the lovely sounds of housekeeping at 6 AM! Also, not a fan of the shower situation—felt like a sardine in a can.
