We had an amazing getaway at this beautiful hotel nestled in spread out gardens. The garden suite we stayed in was cozy and elegant, with a fire place and comfy white robes. The two-head shower was a luxurious touch. The staff were professional and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious. The view from our balcony was stunning, and it was so peaceful to sit outside at night. Highly recommended for a relaxing family retreat.

The key card issue mentioned in one review was a bit of a letdown.

The value for money at this hotel was exceptional, with spacious and well-equipped rooms that even had a little balcony overlooking the beautiful gardens. The location in the Blue Mountains was perfect for a romantic weekend getaway and the staff treated us with excellent service and impeccable manners.

The morning meal could be improved with a better selection of coffee options, such as coffee bags instead of cheap instant sachets.

Beautiful setting with stunning park and abundant wild birds. No onsite restaurant but conveniently located near Blackheath's dining options. Spacious, modern, and comfortable rooms with privacy and peaceful atmosphere. Impeccably landscaped gardens and attention to detail. Relaxing fireplace and delightful double shower. Great breakfast and easy access to nearby attractions and dining.

Beautiful surroundings and spacious rooms with cozy amenities. The breakfast buffet, although limited, had friendly waitstaff providing quick service. The underfloor heating and gas log fire added warmth and comfort to the Garden Suite. I'll recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel amidst stunning gardens and lovely parklands. The location was perfect, tucked away in a nice quiet area yet close enough to many tourist sights. The staff provided outstanding service, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with a cozy fireplace that added to the ambiance. The breakfast was delicious and generous, and we especially loved the comfortable seating in the lounge with its gorgeous scenery. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to others.

The location of the hotel was perfect for a Christmas getaway, surrounded by beautiful grounds and a relaxing atmosphere. The room was spacious and comfortable with great amenities, such as a modern bathroom and a comfortable bed. The breakfast offered was delicious and varied, with a wide range of options. The highlight for us was the private balcony that gave us amazing views of the trees and surrounding nature; it made our stay even more enjoyable.

That there was no restaurant onsite for dinner or lunch. We had to venture out to find places to eat, which was a bit of a hassle.
