The location of the motel is great, especially if you're participating in the triathlon as it is close to the river. The rooms are basic, but clean, with a sufficient bathroom. The king bed is quite large and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The Vietnamese restaurant attached to the motel is a bonus for evening meals.

The motel has some noise disturbances, especially from the nearby Murray River Hotel, which can be rowdy till 2am.

Nice view and quiet atmosphere

The view from the room was great with lots of windows and a peaceful atmosphere. The location was convenient, with a good Asian restaurant nearby. I also appreciated the quiet environment which made it easy to relax after a long day of work.

There was no elevator in the hotel, which made it difficult to carry my luggage up two flights of stairs. the bathroom amenities were not very well-maintained with a creaking plastic shower floor and uncomfortable furniture in the room.
