The hotel's location was perfect for us as it was close to everything we wanted to do. We also enjoyed the bar lounge on level 9 where we had canapes and drinks included. The room we were eventually moved to was beautiful and spacious, with a fantastic city view. The bathroom was also impressive, with a large shower. In terms of service, the staff were friendly and professional, and the maintenance team quickly resolved any issues we had. The breakfast offered a variety of options to choose from.

Some of the rooms did not meet our expectations in terms of what we had booked, and the initial room we were given did not have a bathtub as advertised.

We had a great experience at Parkroyal. the rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. the staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. the location was practical, with easy access to Darling Harbour and the city. We loved being able to walk everywhere quickly.

The hotel is situated in a prime location, with easy access to places to eat, shops and public transport like train station. The room was spacious, clean and amenities including Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast and room service were prompt, efficient and delicious. The view from the room of the city landscape was stunning.

One thing to note is that the air conditioning could be noisy at times, which can be bothersome for light sleepers.

The attention to detail of the staff was commendable. I had a terrible cold and without me even asking, one of the staff members noticed and placed napkins on my table. It's heartwarming to know they care about their guests. Also, the rooms were well equipped and comfortable. I recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say that I was impressed. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance of many great shopping areas. Additionally, it was within easy reach of the harbour which was a bonus. The service was fantastic as well, with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and housekeeping all available to make my stay more comfortable. I also loved the in-room amenities such as the ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and mini-bar. The free Wi-Fi in rooms was very convenient and allowed me to stay connected while I was here. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff from the lovely young female duty manager to everyone else at this place really go above and beyond to ensure their guests are happy.
