I recently stayed at The Westin in Kuala Lumpur for a few days. The staff, especially the concierge and the staff in the Family Lounge, were excellent. The concierge went above and beyond to help me with my onward destination. The gym facilities were impressive, and the kids area was superb, with a friendly staff member who also provided babysitting service. The breakfast spread at the Living Room was fantastic, and the hotel's location near Pavilion made it easy to explore cafes and shops nearby. The one bedroom residence I was upgraded to was spacious, well-equipped, and environmentally friendly with reusable glass bottles.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

We had a smooth check-in despite the miscommunication, and the staff kindly upgraded us to a Club room with no extra charge. The hotel's location is perfect for families, with easy access to shops, malls, and restaurants. The grandparents enjoyed exploring the traditional eateries nearby. The kid's club was a great bonus, keeping our little ones entertained. The staff's flexibility with a late checkout was much appreciated.

The young Indian gentlemen at the main reception provided superb service. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was awesome. The availability of an iron board was ideal for attending a wedding. Guests can park one car for free. The menu had delicious pizzas and cakes. Excellent location near shopping malls, restaurants, and nightlife hotspots. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good soundproofing from outside noise. Excellent WiFi signal. Good selection of TV satellite channels. Availability of iron and iron board in the room.

The hotel's location is perfect, right in the heart of Bukit Bintang. The room we stayed in was spacious and well-appointed. Despite the rainy weather, we were able to enjoy the outdoor pool and bar. The staff were very accommodating and responsive to our needs.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel with its great cleanliness, modern facilities, convenient parking, and excellent transportation options. The location couldn't be better, with Pavillion Mall right outside and KLCC within walking distance. The fact that the hotel offers such a prime location near these popular attractions is truly impressive. Additionally, the breakfast provided was satisfying and the staff were attentive and friendly.
