This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the value for money was exceptional. We were pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices for such spacious and well-equipped apartments. Secondly, the attention to detail was remarkable. From the recently updated bathrooms to the fully equipped family kitchen, every aspect of the apartment was thoughtfully designed. Additionally, the location in a nice area was perfect for us. Being close to shops and within walking distance to Parramatta wharf made exploring the city a breeze. Lastly, the staff were outstanding. Marg, the site manager, was welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

No major complaints, everything was taken care of for us.

We spent Christmas in an apartment located close to a sports stadium and the CBD. It was great being able to easily get to sights and enjoy a spacious place, with a large balcony that we really enjoyed. We liked the fact that we could park our car in a garage nearby and had easy access to restaurants.

The apartment needed some renovation work and was lacking in basic amenities, such as air-conditioning in the bedrooms and comfortable furniture. We also found the shower heads to be stingy and not very pleasant to use.

We loved the warm greeting by Marg and her helpfulness throughout our stay. The facilities were perfect and met our family's needs. The master bedroom with the connecting sliding door to the balcony was a highlight, as well as the fully equipped family kitchen and separate laundry. We also appreciated the reserved car space and the large outdoor circular balcony. The location was peaceful and close to shops.

We had a fantastic stay at Parkside Apartments. The spacious and clean apartment exceeded our expectations. The Wi-Fi was excellent and we appreciated the available parking space. Margaret, the side manager, provided excellent service throughout our stay. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family. our experience was simply amazing.
