You can easily walk to Cavill Mall, the bustling area of Surfers Paradise, and even the beautiful beach. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. Additionally, the staff is helpful and available at all times. the hotel offers convenience, comfort, and a great location for exploring the area.

The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved, as some guests mentioned finding hairs and fluff in visible places like the couch.

We had a great weekend, the views from our room were amazing and we enjoyed using the rooftop spa and gym. The location was perfect for walking to the beach and local cafes. The instructions for our late check-in were clear and easy to follow.

Our check-in experience was not great, due to a problem with the payment machine we had to pay in cash which was inconvenient for us. , the lack of signage made it difficult to know that we needed to call someone for check-in on the weekends.

The apartment at Peninsular Gold Coast was modern and clean, with fantastic facilities. We loved having access to the gym and hot tub, and the room itself was comfortable and well-maintained. The location was also great, within walking distance to shops and the beach. The secure parking was a bonus too.

Although there were a few minor issues, such as the air conditioning not working properly and the dishwasher having an unpleasant smell when opened, these did not significantly detract from our overall enjoyment. Additionally, the hot water in the shower fluctuated at times, going from hot to cold, which was a bit inconvenient.
