The location was convenient with plenty of shops and eateries nearby. The staff was friendly and the room spacious. noise from the hallway was bothersome. The bed was too soft, causing back pain. Despite a broken AC, dripping water, and lack of resolution, the overall experience was excellent.

The kids absolutely loved the spacious family room with bunk beds and the on-site playground. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. Cons: For dads, it would be great to have more family-friendly dining options.
