From the moment we arrived at the resort, we felt like we were on vacation. the property exceeded our expectations in every way. We were warmly greeted by Madalena at reception, and our spa penthouse suite with a pool garden view was absolutely stunning. the balcony spa was a delightful treat, and the birthday card and sparkling bottle provided by Peppers for my sister's 50th birthday made her day extra special. the proximity to the beach, just across the road, was perfect for our relaxing getaway. the restaurant offered a wide range of delicious and healthy options, and we were so glad we included the buffet breakfast in our package. the pools in the center of the complex were a highlight of our stay. We are already planning our next trip!

I had a wonderful time at Peppers! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I loved the spa room I stayed in. The pools and surrounding areas were well-maintained, and the swim-up cocktail bar and gardens added to the relaxed and fun atmosphere. The location was perfect for a relaxing break, and the staff were friendly and always willing to help. The beds were comfortable, and there was ample storage space in the rooms. The lovely room was clean and comfy, with a balcony overlooking the pools. the serenity pool was chill, tucked away in a rainforest-like setting, and the lagoon pool with the swim-up bar was a jam. the only downer was the sun lounger shortage, gotta play the early bird to snag a spot! 🏖️.

I had a great time at this hotel! The location was perfect, right on the main esplanade and close to everything I wanted to see in the area. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the pool. The staff were friendly and the breakfast had a good variety of choices. I also enjoyed relaxing by the pool and sipping on their delicious cocktails.

The wifi was extremely poor and the swim-up bar was only open for a short time each day.

As bike riders, we loved the convenient location right opposite the beautiful beach. The resort's three fantastic pools were perfect for relaxing after a day of cycling. The swim-up bar was a special touch that we thoroughly enjoyed, and the well-appointed room with a balcony overlooking the pool was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, making it easy for us to fuel up before hitting the trails. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, ensuring that we had a pleasant experience.

Christmas at this hotel was great! the location was perfect, as we were able to walk to various restaurants and shops easily. having a personal kitchen was perfect for my family, and we enjoyed cooking some of our own meals.

We found that some of the staff at the pool bar were a bit miserable, which brought down our holiday vibes. It would have been nice if they had been a bit friendlier.
