The retreat is set in a tranquil rainforest location, which offered amazing views through the spacious floor to ceiling windows from our room. the bed was super comfortable, and the added spa bath was a wonderful touch. We also appreciated the welcome chocolates and champagne upon arrival.

The restaurant did not have many affordable options, and the degustation menu was a bit too expensive for our liking. one of the waitresses made us feel rushed and uncomfortable when asking us to pre-order our dinner hours in advance, as well as offering discounts that we were not interested in.

Nestled amongst the lush rainforest, this retreat offers a truly secluded and serene experience. The location is completely away from everything, allowing guests to immerse themselves in nature. The rooms provide a stunning view of the rainforest, perfect for those who just want to stare out and relax. The bathrooms are elegant and well-maintained, adding a touch of luxury to the stay. The staff provides excellent service, ensuring that guests feel welcome and taken care of. The breakfast options, including homemade mini quiches, are a delightful start to the day.

Some guests mentioned that the gas fireplace in the room was not sufficient to adequately warm the space during the colder months.

This hotel fulfilled all our luxurious needs, with exclusive amenities and service. the spa and wellness centre offered a full body massage, beauty treatment and treatment room for ultimate relaxation. the location advantages provided a stunning sun terrace and garden area, perfect for outdoor dining. the in, room breakfast and restaurant served up delicious meals for satisfying mornings and evenings. Private facilities ensured complete privacy and exclusivity.

The only minor issue was the limited live entertainment and bar/lounge area. the hotel made up for it with a picnic area/tables, snack bar and packed lunches for on, the, go options.

The value for money at Pethers Rainforest Retreat was excellent, and the room was cozy and spacious. The location was peaceful and the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating.
