Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. the cleanliness, excellent hotel facilities, convenient location near various restaurants, and proximity to transportation options made my stay truly enjoyable. Being right near the tram stop, with easy access to other beaches and the railway back to Brisbane, was a definite plus. the hotel's central location in Broadbeach made it convenient to access all the nearby amenities, including cafes and a Woolworths for any necessities, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.

the location was fantastic, just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and the casino. the heated pool, spa, and sauna were lovely additions. our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. having a balcony with an ocean view was a highlight for relaxing.

As an environmental scientist and avid surfer, I appreciated the Phoenician Resort's central location and fabulous pool deck. the noise from nearby construction and lack of room service were drawbacks. Despite these issues, the friendly staff and amazing location made our stay enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in the heart of Broadbeach. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. We didn't need to hire a car as there were plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby, and the beach was just a few blocks away. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we appreciated having a washing machine and dryer in the unit. The indoor and outdoor pools were a great bonus, especially for our toddler who loved swimming in any weather. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our check-in and checkout smooth and easy. We also enjoyed the free Wi-Fi, which was a great convenience. we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the area.

Just stayed at a wonderful hotel near the festival stage. the staff were AMAZING & the spa facilities were top-notch. Would DEFINITELY choose it again! Better than the photos! .

The location of the resort is excellent, just a short walk to the convention centre and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. You can easily explore the area without needing a car. Plus, the resort is right in the centre of everything, making it convenient for sightseeing and entertainment.

I recently stayed at a resort in Gold Coast and had a fantastic time. The location was perfect, with the beach, restaurants, and shops all within a short walk. The pool facilities were excellent, especially the heated indoor and outdoor pools. There were plenty of lounges and space for relaxing by the pool, and the BBQs were a bonus. The underground parking made it easy for us to park our 4WD. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a great balcony overlooking the main street. Although there was some street noise, the overall experience was excellent. I highly recommend this resort.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the two complementary drinks given. the location was perfect for exploring the area with everything within walking distance, especially the beach. I appreciated the convenience of having a pool on the premises.

The room could definitely use some updating as there were stains on the carpet and holes in the curtains. the bed was uncomfortable as there was a noticeable separation where the two single beds were joined together.
