The fact that the hotel is housed in a historic building that survived the devastating earthquake of 1931 gave it a unique charm and added to our overall experience. The staff here are exceptional, providing us with impeccable service from the moment we arrived. They were always polite, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure that every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

I recently stayed at a serviced apartment in the heart of the city. The location was amazing, just a short walk to the CBD, cafes, and the Municipal theater. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-appointed bathroom. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. I also appreciated the free use of the laundry facilities, which came in handy during my stay. it was a great experience.

My only gripe was that the air conditioning was a bit tricky to regulate, especially when the window needed to be open.

The room wasn't serviced on holidays or during the afternoons, which was slightly inconvenient. the thin walls made it easy to hear noise from the corridors and neighboring rooms.
