Staying at this hotel was an incredible experience! the staff were incredibly friendly and check-in was a breeze. the room was spacious and quiet, with a super comfy bed and top-notch amenities. the location was perfect, right in the heart of town with easy access to all Rutherglen has to offer. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and enjoyable.

One small improvement could be having clearer signage for reception to avoid any confusion on arrival.

We stayed at this hotel for the second time and we were really impressed. The location was perfect, right in the heart of town, with easy access to all the shops, pubs and wine bars. The hotel had a beautiful garden, a great place to take a leisurely walk after indulging in delicious food. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious and well-designed, with a comfortable bed and pillows that provided a great night's sleep. We loved having a coffee machine and the shower was fantastic with plenty of hot water. this place offered enhanced comfort and quality services.

Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Enjoyed exploring the bushland reserves and relaxing with wine at the BBQ area. the garlic prawns were divine! Definitely felt like a pro golfer in the games room.

Had a fantastic Christmas at this hotel! Great location, only a short walk to the town centre and nearby wineries. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. the hotel staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We especially enjoyed the cosy fireplace in the lobby and the tasty dinner at the adjoining restaurant.

That the room got a bit chilly at night and the heating system was a bit loud when it turned on. However, we got used to it after the first night and it didn't bother us too much.
