the staff were fantastic, very welcoming, and always ready to help. the location was excellent, right in the centre of everything we needed. the apartment was spacious and well-kept, with a breathtaking view from the balcony. We enjoyed breakfasts on the balcony, which were delicious and very good value. Being close to Woolworths and restaurants made it convenient for us to explore the area on foot.

One thing that could be improved is the softness of the beds, which were a bit saggy. the air conditioning unit struggled to cool the whole apartment, making nights noisy with the balcony doors open.

Received early room access and extended checkout, a lifesaver for catching my Brussels to Gold Coast connection. Loved the ocean panoramas and convenience of nearby amenities. the room's tired aesthetic didn't faze me - a treasure hunt for the oven's functions made me feel like a Belgian detective! Still, the dazzling views and comfy beds sealed another stellar stay. See you again for sure!

Stayed at Points North Apartments and had a very comfortable and self-sufficient experience. The apartment had a nice view of the coast and the little touches like a beach umbrella and kids body board were appreciated. Being central with a shopping complex next door and a restaurant strip at the base of the building made it convenient. The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped with a full-sized fridge and laundry appliances. The panoramic beachfront views were a bonus and made waking up in bed even better.

Almost perfect, just the pool sun beds were uncomfortable. 😕

We got two complementary drinks upon arrival and the location was convenient, being near the beach and some good restaurants. the view from our room was breathtaking and made the stay worth it.

The room was dirty with dirt and grime in unusual places that made us feel uncomfortable. We won't be returning again.

Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room was already prepared for check-in, even though I arrived six hours early. The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Additionally, they kindly allowed me to check out an hour later due to my late flight, and safely stored my luggage. The convenience of the hotel's location was unbeatable, with shops, supermarkets, and coffee shops all at my doorstep. The spacious unit and balcony overlooking the beach provided stunning views, making my stay even more enjoyable. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as an older bathroom and occasional noise, the overall experience was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, great value for money, and helpful staff. I had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back.

This hotel is in a perfect location, with shops right underneath it and the beach directly across the road. The room amenities are great, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a balcony. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms is a huge bonus, and the garden furniture on the patio is a nice touch. The staff here are friendly and helpful, and the leisure facilities like the sauna and outdoor swimming pool are fantastic. I had a great stay here with all the comforts and amenities I needed.
