Great location, room clean. Bed uncomfortable and noisy.

This very nice place offers great communication and a well-orchestrated check-in to checkout process. The room was small but comfortable and had everything we needed. The spacious bath was a treat with its jetted tub and nice toiletries. The price was great for our budget and the location was perfect. The pool and spa were spotless and wonderful. Restaurants were within walking distance and free parking was available. Bonus points for their commitment to recycling throughout the property. As those wanting to be close to the beach, this place exceeded our expectations!

Just got back from a wonderful 3-night stay at this charming hotel. The grounds are well kept with beautiful flowers and foliage. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for tours and spa treatments. The room was clean and fully equipped with local lavender farm products. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the location was perfect - within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made our romantic escape even more enjoyable. the pillows and mattresses were very comfortable, allowing us to have a restful sleep after a day of exploring. We also loved the convenience of having a coffee bar by the pool, it was a great way to relax and start our day.

One downside was that some of the facilities were starting to look a little tired and could use some updating. Additionally, the lack of air conditioning in the room was a bit of a disappointment, especially during the summer heat.

Great pool, fun bikes, helpful staff, beautiful and clean room, great weather, enjoyable visit to Roche.

Nothing for me.

This hotel has a great location for exploring Friday Harbor. It is just a few blocks away from the quaint, well-kept stores and the ocean. The staff is friendly and the rooms are well-appointed with great bathrobes and a small balcony. Additionally, the breakfast is delicious and priced reasonably.

All was fine during my stay.

I loved the comfortable and stylish linens, as well as the cozy jacuzzi and sauna. Being able to control the bathroom heat settings was a nice touch. Another great feature was the convenient location, just a short walk away from shopping and restaurants. Additionally, there was plenty of parking available.

Our stay at the hotel was delightful. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the harbor and with free parking. The room was a good size and very clean. We appreciated the provided earplugs for a peaceful sleep. The lavender body products from the local lavender farm were a lovely touch. we had a great experience at this hotel.

Great location, nicely appointed rooms, easy remote check-in/out, beautiful grounds, comfortable beds, high-end feel bathrooms.

There was nothing I didn't like.

This place is located in a great spot, right by the ferry dock and close to quaint stores in town. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they offer many amenities like an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa treatments. The rooms are well-equipped with everything you need, including flat-screen TVs, tea and coffee facilities, and free toiletries. The garden area is lovely, with picnic tables and sun loungers to relax in. I especially loved the massage treatment room and the fitness centre here.

All in all, I would recommend this hotel to my friends without hesitation.
