We had a fantastic stay at this Yha in Port Fairy. Our family of four received a free upgrade to a comfortable and spacious room. The shared showers and toilet were easily accessible, and the kitchen and dining room area were great. We appreciated the communal responsibility of cleaning up, keeping the accommodation affordable. The host was extremely helpful, and the staff provided excellent tips for exploring the area. The location is perfect, and we loved hearing the waves crashing through the skylight window at night. This Yha is one of the best we've stayed at!

The YHA in Port Fairy is located in a charming heritage building. Its excellent location, just a block away from the stunning river and the bustling shopping strip, makes it a convenient choice. the apartment we stayed in was comfortable, albeit of an older style, and everything was in working order. We particularly appreciated the private yard and the clothes line provided. Unlike guests in the dorms, we had access to strong wifi in our apartment, which even supported a zoom video meeting for a couple of hours. the range of kitchen utensils, the TV room, and the pool table were all impressive. the staff were very accommodating and made our first hostel experience exceed our expectations.
