Great Location and Helpful Staff

The location of the accommodation was perfect for exploring the Hunter Valley, with popular destinations just a short drive away. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. the outdated decor and lack of basic amenities in the rooms could be improved for a more comfortable experience.

great stay in cessnock yet again, this time at potters. clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, beautiful garden views, and a location close to wineries. our son loved the pool, and we even spotted kangaroos from our room. potters provided a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

The outdoor dining area was a delightful oasis. One evening, as I savored my meal, a kookaburra perched nearby, eyeing my plate like a seasoned food critic. Its cheeky chuckle provided a soundtrack to my culinary adventure, making it a truly unforgettable dining experience.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the Hunter Valley region. the location was perfect, situated in a lovely area with beautiful surroundings. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. The rooms were well-maintained and had all the basic amenities you would expect, including a comfortable bed and a shaded outside area to relax and enjoy a cup of tea. The prices were reasonable and offered great value for money. Additionally, breakfast was included and there was certainly no shortage of delicious food to start the day.

The accommodation was in close proximity to some great vineyards, making it easy to visit them all. the local brewery nearby had a great atmosphere and friendly staff. We appreciated the complementary Wi-Fi access for our connected devices. It made it easy to keep up with our online tasks while away.

The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired, with noticeable stains on the bed cover and armchair fabric. While the kitchenette was reasonably equipped, there were no utensils or plates to use in the microwave.

Close to the Hunter Valley Vineyards and breathtaking surroundings. The onsite brewery offers delicious food and drinks. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa, and the kids loved it too.

During our stay, we encountered a minor issue with the TV reception, but it didn't dampen our experience. The room size was small, but it was not a big problem as we were out exploring most of the time.
