The hotel boasted a fantastic view of the nearby lake and was conveniently located near many attractions. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of options and was well-stocked. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay much more enjoyable.

The air conditioning in our room was not working properly and we had trouble sleeping comfortably. The pool was not yet open for the season either which was a bit of a letdown.

The hotel is conveniently located by a wide boardwalk overlooking a massive lake that illuminates beautifully at night. Guests can enjoy a stroll along the boardwalk and take in the scenic views. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff is helpful and attentive, and some members can communicate in English. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of options, catering to both Chinese and Western palates.

The lower floors of the hotel are currently undergoing renovations, which may cause some inconvenience during the stay.

Great location by the lake, clean and well-maintained with a modern touch. Friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel, especially the manager Hong Chen at front desk. This hotel exceeded my expectations with its truly luxurious amenities. I was thrilled to find the spa with a steam room, outdoor swimming pool, sun loungers, and beach umbrellas. The private facilities in my room were exclusive and made me feel pampered. The restaurant served high-quality food that satisfied my taste buds. The bar area was perfect to relax after spending the day outside.

The only minor issue I encountered was the room service, which could have been more attentive. this hotel offered an amazing experience with its excellent location advantages and stunning garden area.
