I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service at Kimpton Margot. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, especially when my flight was cancelled last minute. Not only did they find me a new room quickly, but they also provided complimentary drinks and nibbles at the lounge bar. The attention to detail and the beautiful Art Deco ambience made my stay truly luxurious. I also appreciated the personalized birthday treats in the room for my friend's 50th celebration. The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of service and ambiance.

Fantastic Building and great Staff

During our recent stay at Kimpton Margot, we were impressed by the stunning building's transformation and its preservation of heritage. The moment we stepped inside, we were in awe. The experience from check-in to check-out was excellent, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. The bell boys were always eager to assist, and the reception staff were excellent. The buffet breakfast was always hot and varied, and the barista-made coffee was a delightful touch. The rooms were spacious, exceptionally clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, offering a choice of pillows. We even tried room service for dinner, which was promptly delivered and delicious. Checking out was a breeze, with accurate billing. We have stayed here four times this year and have thoroughly enjoyed each visit. The staff have consistently been friendly and helpful. Whether for business or pleasure, we highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be returning in the future. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly fantastic experience.

We had a great time during our Christmas getaway. the hotel provided complementary Christmas cookies and a bottle of wine, which was a nice surprise. the location was perfect for shopping and sightseeing, and we loved being able to walk everywhere. the rooftop pool and bar area was a great place to relax and had a beautiful view.

Our experience was marred by the staff. They were uninterested in helping us with our requests and seemed to just go through the motions of their job.

Rhesa and Eryk were amazing! They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was convenient. They provided detailed information on accessing public transportation and gave great recommendations for entertainment and audio options. The location was central to everything, making it easy for us to explore the city. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a view that was absolutely stunning. The bathroom was well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities. The service was impeccable, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options.

The noise from the nearby construction site was quite bothersome at times.

Not one thing.

The hotel is conveniently located opposite the Town Hall, making it a central and accessible choice for young people exploring the city. Its proximity to Asian restaurants and being on the edge of China Town adds to the cultural experience. The rooms are stylishly renovated with a Art Deco design, featuring handsome carpets and huge bathrooms. The friendly and professional staff deliver excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

There were some midges in the room upon arrival, but it was not a persistent issue throughout the stay.

The venue offers luxurious amenities that create a unique and valuable experience. We enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool, the sun terrace and the sun loungers, perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. The restaurant provides an excellent in-room breakfast that satisfies even the pickiest eaters. Additionally, the bar/lounge area has an extensive snack bar menu and special diet menus that cater to every guest's needs.

We encountered a minor issue during our stay; the service was a bit slow at times, and we had to wait longer than expected.

From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I was treated like royalty. The level of service exceeded even the most luxurious 5-star hotels I've stayed at. The executive King room was beautifully designed, with a lounge/kitchenette, a spacious bathroom, and a master room that was the size of two hotel rooms. The background music playing through the televisions created a soothing atmosphere. The breakfast at the hotel was the best I've ever experienced, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, with easy walking distance to popular attractions in the city.
