The reception staff at Crowne Plaza were excellent and provided helpful guidance throughout my stay. They were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome right from the start. Additionally, the hotel's facilities were fresh and modern, with a comfortable and well-presented room. The location of the hotel was also great, conveniently situated in a prime area. I appreciated the flexibility they showed by accommodating my request for an early check-in and a late check-out.

I did encounter a couple of minor inconveniences during my stay. the air conditioning in my room was quite noisy, which was unexpected considering the hotel's newness.

The best part of my Easter weekend getaway was the comfortable bed in the room. It provided a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. Additionally, the hotel's location was superb, with easy access to key attractions such as Kings Street Wharf and Darling Harbour. Being close to the CBD was also a plus, making shopping a breeze.

There were a few downsides to my stay. the pillows were too soft for my liking, but the hotel was quick to replace them upon request.

The room was clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent, with made-to-order options and a buffet table offering pastries and fruit. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us during our breakfast reservation, even when we had a scheduling conflict. The location was convenient, just a short walk from shops and restaurants. Additionally, the hotel provided great amenities like a pool and gym that we unfortunately discovered too late.

Our room overlooked a large building in front of us instead. The TV in our room constantly crashed and lost internet connection, which was a hassle as it was our only way to access room service menus and for background noise.

The location of the hotel is great, with good restaurants nearby and close proximity to Darling Harbour. The interiors of the rooms are beautifully designed and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast served at the hotel is excellent, with a wide variety of tasty options to choose from. Additionally, the staff members, such as Vishabh and Abdul, provided exceptional customer service and made our stay memorable.
