Fabulous room, clean, great views, perfect location, brilliant breakfast.

Nothing to complain about at all.

We got great value for our money at Pullman. The room was spacious, clean, and had a fantastic view. The location was perfect, close to the Marina and restaurants. The staff treated us with professionalism, helpfulness, and genuine friendliness.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast choices better was if they had more variety.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the marina, The Esplanade, restaurants, and shops. The room was impressively clean and neat, providing a relaxing space after a long day of sightseeing. Families will find the amenities and activities suitable for their needs.

The renovated facilities are excellent, close to nice restaurants and the ferry for the Barrier Reef. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a lovely restaurant area. Breakfast has a wide variety, and the location is great for tours and shopping. The pool area is also nice and not too crowded.

Absolutely loved our stay! the location was perfect, only a short walk from the marina and lots of shops and restaurants around. We were pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary breakfast and a fruit platter upon arrival. the view from our room was stunning, with a beautiful ocean and cityscape. We also appreciated the daily housekeeping.

The parking situation. We had to pay for valet parking but ended up having to park our car ourselves each time we used it.

The breakfast at Pullman was absolutely delicious, with a wide range of vegetarian options to choose from. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of the food.

This family-friendly hotel is in a perfect location, right across from the Casino. It is close to everything we wanted to see in the city area. The room was spacious and had two balconies with fantastic views over the harbor and city. The bathroom was large with a great shower. The staff was welcoming and friendly, making us feel special.

The food and service at the buffet functions were a letdown. the replenishing of food at the pool functions left a lot to be desired.

Staying here was a luxurious experience, with exclusive amenities in the room and excellent service from staff. the outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and the spa centre were amazing. We enjoyed a full body massage and body scrub with a facial and foot massage at the spa lounge. the garden area and sun terrace had beautiful views and were perfect for relaxation.

The hotel could improve the entertainment options with some live entertainment.

As women traveling alone, we loved the stylish room with a comfortable couch and the fluffiest bed. The housekeeping was exceptional, always fully stocked and a hot choc cuppa before bed. The pool, sauna, and gym were also great amenities.
