The staff were incredibly welcoming and made our New Year's trip truly memorable. We received a lovely box of Leonidas chocolates as a sweet gesture. the breakfast spread was excellent with a wide variety of delicious options. the well-maintained gym was equipped with modern machines, making workouts enjoyable. the location was perfect, situated in the heart of the city, and easily accessible to all the attractions. We also loved the fact that the hotel had an indoor pool, which added to our relaxation.

The only downside we experienced was during check-in and check-out, where there seemed to be a lack of staff. Although the wait during check-in was understandable, we expected a quicker process during check-out.

We stayed at Radisson in Antwerp for our anniversary and were pleasantly surprised by the small touches that made our stay special. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we were even upgraded to a Jr. Suite. The complimentary breakfast had a great variety, including options for dietary restrictions, and the view of the central station was lovely. We also enjoyed using the sauna and pool. our stay was excellent and reinforced why we choose Radisson hotels when we travel.

We had a fantastic experience staying here. The location couldn't be more convenient, being right next to the central station. Excellent location in front of Central station and tram/bus stop. Rooms are spacious, with high-quality toiletries and a tub with a balancing handle. Beautiful panorama view from the room, despite being located near the station. Convenient access to drinks and snacks nearby. Italian travelers can enjoy RAI channels.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better - right across the square from the beautiful centraal station. Being in the center of the city, it was very convenient to explore Antwerp. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the view from my room was stunning.

I did experience some noise from the fan of the air conditioning system, which made it difficult to sleep.

Location is well-situated being close to public transport for tomorrowland, with a central location directly across a plaza from the train station. The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable with excellent amenities such as a nice seating area and a well-maintained shower room. The breakfast served is great to kickstart your day with outstanding quality.

Our Thanksgiving stay was ruined by the terrible customer service. the staff were unhelpful and seemed bothered by our requests.
