The resort is conveniently located close to the beach, providing easy access for swimming and sunbathing. The boardwalk connecting the resort to the beach is a great feature for taking leisurely walks. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with large beds that ensure a good night's sleep. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of delicious options to start the day off right. the hotel has a pool bar and a great layout, with a big pool for kids to have fun in.

There were some issues with understaffing, resulting in the restaurant being fully booked even with empty tables.

My recent stay at the Pullman Palm Cove resort was fantastic. Despite a few minor hiccups, I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The pools and landscaping were beautifully maintained, providing a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The Lagoon Bar was a personal favorite, serving delicious drinks in a picturesque setting. The staff I encountered were friendly and professional, always willing to assist with any inquiries or requests. I was pleasantly surprised when the hotel fully refunded my last night without me even having to ask, showing their commitment to guest satisfaction. I had a pleasant experience at the Pullman Palm Cove resort and would recommend it to others seeking a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The exclusive amenities such as the Spa & wellness centre, swimming pool and Jacuzzi were perfect for our relaxation needs. The hotel's beach access provided us with stunning ocean views and a chance to unwind on the beautiful beach. The full body massage and body wraps at the Spa centre were exceptional and we left feeling rejuvenated. The restaurant's special diet menus catered for our dietary needs and the private facilities made us feel like VIPs.

Our room was a bit disappointing, as the TV was quite small and the balcony faced a construction site. Yet, the service provided by the friendly staff made up for this minor issue.

The bed was comfortable and the staff were lovely. The room had a nice view and the housekeeping was done quickly, always coming back to find a tidy room.

The poolside bar was understaffed and the bathroom lacked privacy with the see-through frosted glass. It was a little uncomfortable sharing the room with someone else.
