The boardwalk connecting the resort to the beach is a great feature for taking leisurely walks. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with large beds that ensure a good night's sleep. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of delicious options to start the day off right. the hotel has a pool bar and a great layout, with a big pool for kids to have fun in.

There were some issues with understaffing, resulting in the restaurant being fully booked even with empty tables.

the pullman here is spotless - just a quick stroll to williams esplanade. the staff radiate genuine warmth - making our 5-year anniversary so special. plus, they go the extra mile with thoughtful touches - like gifting sparkling wine. a true paradise with relaxing pools and exciting holiday activities.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. the exclusive amenities such as the Spa & wellness centre, swimming pool and Jacuzzi were perfect for our relaxation needs. the hotel's beach access provided us with stunning ocean views and a chance to unwind on the beautiful beach. the full body massage and body wraps at the Spa centre were exceptional and we left feeling rejuvenated. the restaurant's special diet menus catered for our dietary needs and the private facilities made us feel like VIPs.

The bed was comfortable and the staff were lovely. the room had a nice view and the housekeeping was done quickly, always coming back to find a tidy room.

The poolside bar was understaffed and the bathroom lacked privacy with the see-through frosted glass. It was a little uncomfortable sharing the room with someone else.
