The hotel had a fantastic location, right next to Hyde Park, which made it perfect for walks and close to shops and restaurants. It was also within walking distance of most city sites, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel facilities, including the pool, spa, sauna. The bed was also incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

I loved the customer service at this hotel. Jackie was amazing and even helped me with directions and getting bottled water for our tourist adventure. The location across from Hyde Park was great, and the staff was friendly. The room amenities were fantastic, with comfortable beds and great views. The facilities, like the rooftop pool, were also very good.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the spacious and comfortable room with a great view, the brilliant customer service from the friendly and efficient staff, and the lovely complimentary gifts for special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries. The location was also perfect, being in a central area next to Hyde Park and within easy reach of attractions like the art gallery and the Capitol Theatre.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location, close to restaurants, shopping, and the train station. The room was beautifully decorated and had a huge bathroom with a bath. The staff were lovely and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The view from our room was amazing, overlooking Hyde Park. Additionally, the hotel had a rooftop pool and gym, which were nice features.

One negative aspect was that there was a gas leak incident that could have been managed better for the safety of guests and staff.

Loved the interior decoration and design, friendly and helpful staff, nice views, close to medical services and heritage areas of Sydney, prompt email communication.

We loved the hotel's location, right opposite to Hyde Park in Sydney. It was so convenient to be able to walk to the Capitol theater and CBD. The staff were always helpful and very polite. The room we stayed in was large and comfortable, with a lovely view of Hyde Park and the CBD.

This hotel offers luxurious and exclusive amenities that met my needs. the private facilities were amazing and the room advantages were unbeatable. the bar/lounge area was exquisite and the special diet menus were spot on.

The outdoor swimming pool was not heated enough. Despite this minor issue, everything else was perfect.

The spa and sauna were delightful, although I wish the pool had been heated during my stay. The staff were incredibly accommodating and resolved any issues promptly. I would recommend this hotel for its excellent hospitality and willingness to address any concerns.

I had a wonderful stay at Pullman. The location next to the Hyde Park was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the city. The breakfast had a great range of delicious foods to choose from. The bed in my spacious room was comfortable and the nearly new decor created a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were lovely and always ready to help. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.
