Spent a lovely Christmas at a cozy hotel near the city center. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main attractions. the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. the hotel itself had a charming old-world feel, reminiscent of a grand manor house. It was a refreshing change from the typical big, modern hotels. Plus, the food and wine served at the on-site restaurant were of excellent quality, adding to the overall experience.

The only downside was that the pillow was a bit too hard for my liking. However, this was easily resolved as I could have requested a different pillow.

Staff friendly, excellent food, superior room with large balcony, homely atmosphere, convenient parking.

The hotel facilities were exceptional, and the staff, especially Paco, were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms and pool were lovely and well maintained. We would love to return. The location was quiet and had plenty of parking. The bathrooms in both rooms were top quality. The hotel allowed us to leave our car and use the amenities even after checking out.

The hotel provided us with a huge room and bathroom, and the open interior spaces with marble everywhere gave it a grand and elegant feel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the pool was a pleasant spot to relax. The dinner at the restaurant was good, and we also enjoyed the sherry tasting. The location was perfect for visiting the Real Escuela and Sandemans, and there was plenty of car parking available. the hotel was worth the money and exactly what we expected from the photos.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. I was impressed by the spaciousness of the rooms, with a unique feature of two showers within the shower. The hotel also had a lovely pool and garden area, perfect for relaxing. The location was slightly quieter, but taxis were cheap and easily accessible for getting into the center of town. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Location was great, close to bars and restaurants and within walking distance of the city center. the room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. the outdoor leisure space, including the pool and seating area, was excellent.

Some areas of the hotel could use a makeover. the rooms felt a little tired and outdated, with ugly disabled fittings in the bathroom, broken basin, and old furniture.

We definitely got great value for our money at Villa Jerez. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a nice balcony. The beds were uncomfortable and gave me and my partner backaches. the wifi in the bedrooms was very weak, making it impossible to send emails.
