The hotel is ideally located, allowing us to go for a leisurely stroll to the beach situated just across the road from the resort and to reach the town centre without any difficulty. We couldn't swim in the ocean, but the serenity 4 mile beach provides is worth enjoying. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean; the bathroom quite modern, and the amenities provided, up to par. The staff was incredibly professional, friendly and welcoming. After a good night's sleep, the breakfast was a delight to start our day with. The hotel offers fantastic facilities, including a beautiful pool and a children's play area, which can cater to all guests' needs.

One slight disappointment was the lack of a lift, which could have been a challenge to some guests.

We loved the tropical gardens that surrounded this venue which gave us a lot of privacy and quietness during our stay. The staff member on shift provided us with excellent service and made our stay even more enjoyable. The pool was a fantastic place to relax and unwind with sun loungers and beach umbrellas available for use. In-room amenities like free WiFi, flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and cookware/kitchen utensils were a bonus. The dining restaurant served delicious food with plenty of options.

As guests with children, we loved the spacious pools and the peaceful tree-view from our room. The size of the room was perfect for our family. The free bike hire and local bus pick up area made exploring the area so convenient. The pancakes at breakfast were pretty good, although whipped cream would have been a great addition.

The free drinks on arrival and free Wi-Fi were nice. The hotel was located right on the beach, perfect for some sunbathing. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a nice variety of options.

The room wasn't very clean upon arrival and the bedding was stained. The noise level was high throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep.
