The hotel facilities were excellent, including a vending machine with essential supplies like toothpaste and snacks. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and the silverware was individually packaged. The staff was attentive, kind, and provided excellent customer service. We particularly appreciated the Friday morning front desk lady who handled calls with the highest customer service expectations. The location was convenient for our plans, close to the Sir Robert Palace and a great dinner restaurant. The hotel's quick and efficient response to guest requirements was impressive.
