The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. They even accommodated my request for an extra armchair, which was greatly appreciated. The hotel also had great facilities, including a fitness center and a jacuzzi for leisure. The check-out process was quick and efficient, making my departure hassle-free.

Over Easter, we stayed in a hotel that offered two complementary Easter eggs in our room which was a nice surprise. the location was key as it was walking distance to a variety of shops and restaurants. One of the best aspects was the close proximity to a beautiful waterfront area where we enjoyed a lovely Easter walk.

There was no ventilation system and the window facing the parking area and smokers corner allowed in cigarette smoke. the beds were poorly joined making for an uncomfortable night's sleep, and we were also disturbed by strange electronic noises throughout the night.

The bathroom sink had a plug and a proper tap, ensuring no splashes. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Although the room was a bit small, it was comfortable and clean. The off-street parking and elevator were convenient for guests with mobility restrictions. I'd recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.
